She was born in San Diego, California, but was raised on a farm in Arizona. Nikki and her sister, Brie Bella, enjoyed playing football throughout their childhood and developed a passion for fitness and health that inspired their wrestling careers.

Nikki and Brie made their wrestling debut in June 2007 after being signed on by WWE. Bella won the WWE Divas Championship title twice and also debuted on Smackdown in 2008. She and Brie have showed off their moves on E!’s Total Divas and their spinoff series, Total Bellas.
