AboutSeth Meyers joined Saturday Night Live in 2001, serving as the show’s head writer and coanchor of “Weekend Update” from 2006 until his departure in 2014. Meyers subsequently took over as Late Night host, replacing Jimmy Fallon when he moved to The Tonight Show. On the big screen, he’s appeared in New Year’s Eve (2011) and Bros (2022).
Meyers and his brother, Josh, cohost the podcast “Family Trips with the Meyers Brothers.” Meyers also hosts the podcast “The Lonely Island and Seth Meyers Podcast” with SNL’s Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone.
Meyers married Alexi Ashe in 2013. The couple welcomed children Ashe, Axel and Adelaide in 2016, 2018 and 2021, respectively.
